Peaky Digital Named Finalists in Two Prestigious Culture Awards

Falmouth-based marketing agency Peaky Digital is proud to be named finalists at the 2024 UK Culture Awards and the UK & Ireland Inspiring Workplaces Awards.
Highlighted for the leadership award at the UK Culture Awards and being selected as a finalist in the prestigious shortlist at the Inspiring Workplace Awards, the team are thrilled that their nominations recognise the great culture that they’ve built.
 
Judges for both awards have looked at the teams culture offerings which includes a range of benefits such as flexible hybrid working, personal development days, pawternity leave, regular socials, free healthy snacks, quarterly workshops on wellbeing and work/life balance, a company-wide healthcare cash plan, 6-month wellbeing check-ups, and a mentoring scheme with Directors to guide progression.
