Marie Curie in Cornwall

Marie Curie would welcome the opportunity to become the Charity of the Year in 2025 with the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce.  Please consider voting for Marie Curie in Cornwall

In Cornwall we have a team of 40 in our Marie Curie Hospice at Home Service.  Cornwall has a night service  10pm to 7am across the county and in West Cornwall a Multi-Visit Service where nurses visit patients between 10am and 2pm and then 4pm and 8pm.

Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end of life charity. We provide frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement. Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end of life, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best experience possible at the end of their lives.
It’s our ambition to make sure everyone in the UK has the best possible experience at the end of their lives. Your support will help make that a reality.

All services provided by Marie Curie are free to patients and their families and we rely heavily on voluntary donations to fund this work.  Volunteers are also needed across the county to help with fundraising events and companies and organisations are asked to support the charity through their workplace, maybe as Charity of the Year.
