Pentreath is an award winning charity, based in Cornwall and founded in 1990. We support recovery from mental ill health and develop opportunities for people to meet their potential for happy and productive lives.

We offer outreach, one to one coaching and support to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. We have excellent connections to communities and other organisations across the county.

We are proud that many of the people delivering support have their own experience of recovery.
