About Us

Kelly read Law at University of Westminster. She attained Law Society Family Law Accreditation in 2018 and is now based in Cornwall and Plymouth.

With years of experience comes the understanding that every family is different. As a mother herself, Kelly recognises the difficulties faced by her clients and takes pride in her constructive and pragmatic approach in resolving family issues. She takes the time to consider the full picture, the whole family and especially the best interests of the children.

To this end, Kelly will endeavour, where possible, to avoid conflict by reaching out of court agreements - as this is often the route with the most favourable outcome for all. As such, she is a member of Resolution and a board member of Cornwall Resolution, which promotes a constructive approach to resolving family issues that considers the needs of the whole family.

At what is a stressful and emotional time, Kelly prides herself in avoiding legal speak. She will clearly explain your options and the processes involved, so you feel in control every step of the way.
