About Us

We are Chartered Management Accountants who have history working in commerce and industry. We specialise in working with small and growing businesses to help the owners better understand their numbers, make informed decisions and more profit.

Management accounts tell you how your business is performing throughout your year, and should be tailored to how you think about your business. Unlike annual accounts, they do not have to be in a prescribed format, contain far more content relevant for day-to-day decision making and are available just a few days after the end of the month.

We look both back at the last trading period to assess performance and spot opportunity for improvement, but also forecast forward so you can see where your business will be going with your current operations. Forecasting cash balances and profit gives you sight of what is expected to become, and time to consider options where necessary.

We offer an objective, informed sounding board for you, having worked in businesses in many industries and been in senior finance positions supporting family businesses to multi-national groups. We know what it is like to work on the ground in a commercial firm, and can offer experience and advice, whilst using your data to help and support you.
