About Us

Falmouth Exeter Plus is an exempt charity established by Falmouth University and the University of Exeter to deliver their shared Higher Education Services in Cornwall.
Penryn accommodation provider Cornwall Plus, was founded in 2012 as the trading subsidiary of Falmouth Exeter Plus. Cornwall Plus delivers award winning summer accommodation, conferences and events in Penryn, Cornwall.
In July and August, the team welcomes guests to stay in our university double and twin en-suite rooms or 7-bed Flats after students have departed for the academic year. We cater for guests from all around the world as large or small groups, or as couples and independent travellers, opening the use of the Penryn Campus facilities to all.
