Experienced Youth Mentor - £23,832, 30 hours per week (including some evening and possible weekend work), Cornwall wide

We have an exciting new vacancy for an initial 6 month pilot for an experienced Youth Mentor to join our team.  You will provide outreach, person-centred support for young people aged 14 – 17 who are involved in the youth justice system.  Working on a 1-2-1 basis you will develop a trusted relationship with 10 young people to support them with accessing positive activities to enable engagement and reduce the risk of re-offending/offending.  A full Job Description and Application Form is available upon request at careers@konnect-communities.co.uk
