The Future Skills Show will be a series of podcasts, focused on delivering entertaining and informative content for businesses, educators and students, themed around understanding the skills needed for developing and growing business over the next 10 years. The show will initiate conversations around new emerging technologies, challenges faced by business owners and insights into how leading companies are addressing the skills agenda.
Russell Cosway has worked in and for Local Government ICT for over 30 years at all levels having been a programmer, analyst, project manager, security manager and in senior roles such as Head of Service, Programme Manager, Service Delivery Manager.
Having worked within the highly regulated UK Public Sector, Russell is no stranger to stringent social responsibility and environmental regimes. His expertise in frameworks such as ITIL, SFIA and others gives him insight into the many common aspects of managing and improving working environments for people.
Russell now runs the Certified B Corp Gydeline helpings businesses to be kinder and simpler. He is passionate about the power of all sizes of business to be a force for good through collective action. Co-chair of B Local Cornwall+, Director of Bodmin Chamber of Commerce and host of the sustainability podcast, The Green Elephant Show, Russell brings enthusiasm and humour the conversation with our guests.
