This is a workshop all about ways we can work together to tackle food waste.
How can we tackle food waste in tourist attractions, venues and Cornwall's food and drink industry?
Exact agenda TBC, but will include case studies, talks and Q&As.
In the morning, we will be running a best practice guide to sustainability for the tourism industry.
Venue: The Lost Gardens of Heligan
- Arrival at 12.30pm for a networking lunch
- Workshop starts at 1.30pm
- Workshop ends 4pm
This workshop is open to businesses working in the tourism, food or drink industry in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, with free lunch and refreshments provided.
