ROC This Year

Do you want to truly ROC this Year? Let’s face it it’s been an odd one!

So whether it’s walking, running, cycling, swimming (or even surfing!), there’s a way for everyone to safely get involved and earn a medal.

Please join us and ROC This Year by getting family and friends to sponsor you – this year we’ve gone virtual, so no matter where people are in the UK they can join in with you. It’s a way to keep connected across the miles.

Remember it’s completely up to you how far or for how long you want your chosen activity to last, whilst following the latest government guidelines.

We’re asking everyone to raise at least £30 in sponsorship which, for example, would buy 5 new chickens for Boscawen Farm in Truro. Boscawen is a working farm where people with learning disabilities learn farming and horticultural skills, to move them towards employment wherever possible.
