Trevor is a well-known and respected figure in the British property industry. His long career has taken him on a journey from modest residential developments to 25 years as Chairman of major property development companies and, latterly, remarkable regeneration projects involving historic buildings.
He is now at the helm of The Trevor Osborne Property Group which has offices in Bath and Cornwall. The Group’s diverse portfolio includes the Porthleven Harbour & Dock Company, the redevelopment of important period properties in Bath and the transformation of Bristol’s historic Guildhall into a five-star hotel.
Trevor has received many awards and served as a Trustee or Board Member for numerous institutions. He was a Founding Member and Chairman of HRH The Prince of Wales’s Urban Villages Forum, a Commissioner of the Royal Fine Art Commission, a Founding Director of the Academy of Urbanism, a Governor of Bath Spa University. He is currently a Trustee of the Bath Mozartfest and Bachfest and Vice-President of the Buxton International Festival.
He is proud to be a Fellow of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award World Fellowship – a prestigious global network which brings together benefactors with a shared interest in the development of young people. Other Fellowships include the Royal Society of Arts and Royal Geographical Society and he is a Freeman of the City of London.
