Get ready to be inspired as we turn our focus towards innovation whilst learning about Lime House Yoga's practice & business story.
 

Downward facing dog! Mountain pose! Cat and Cow! Come and find out what we are talking about and join us at the beautiful Lime House Yoga Studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only take some time out for yourself, but to also discuss innovation, meet new people and come up with new ideas in a relaxing, inspiring environment away from the office and all its distractions.

Using academic research, the University of Exeter has designed the “Innovation in the wilds” series including this event with Lime House Yoga. These inspiring, educational sessions are based on business innovation and to explore discussion away from traditional learning environments.

1100 hrs

There will be an introduction to the University of Exeter and its work in Cornwall. There will be an opportunity to get changed into your sports gear.

1130 - 1215 hrs

We will take part in a fun yoga practice, suitable for all levels and anyone new to the activity.

We will need you to bring:

Active clothing for the yoga session and a towel

A change of clothes for after the session (if desired)

1230 hrs

We will provide lunch. Please bring your own refillable water bottles.

1315 -1400 hrs

An opportunity to hear about the Lime House Yoga Studio business journey.

This event will give you the opportunity to network in a different more informal environment that has proven to improve your natural pitch. You will also get the opportunity to hear from the owners and their business journey.

This event is for any level of staff in a Cornish based business, start up, sole trader, charity or social enterprise.
