Over four consecutive Thursdays we’re delivering a workshop series to help online retailers, or those new to online retailing, prepare for a bumper first quarter including January Sales, Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day and Easter. Launch Online, Jarrang, Retail Fixers and Oh So Social Marketing are all on the bill to provide the insightful, practical and pragmatic tips you need to make 2021 start with a bang. Like all our recent workshops, it will be online, but interactive, and with breakout sessions in smaller groups.
This workshop is divided into four sessions:
Workshop 1: Jaye Cowle from Launch Online (a digital advertising agency and Google premier partner) will kick things off by providing insights into consumer trends that will help you prepare for Q1 sales.
Workshop 2: Looks at opportunities in the changed retail landscape: the Retail Fixers will help you discover options for selling online through bespoke and off the shelf e-commerce sites and ways you can make the most of online marketplaces.
Workshop 3: Is run by email marketing specialists, Jarrang, who’ll cover how you can use email marketing as a tool to communicate with your database to drive targeted sales. They’ll summarise some insights from the last 12 months and talk you through practical tips and tools you can implement quickly to make a difference.
Workshop 4: Launch Online will return for the final week, along with Oh So Social Marketing, to explore social selling – how you can use this ever-growing opportunity to generate sales. And importantly it will give you the knowledge you need to develop an omni-channel campaign that maximises impact by combining creativity and continuity to make this the best possible Q1.
Times like these bring adversity and opportunity, not always in equal measure. Whether you’ve been badly affected or are mining a rich retail seam, here’s a chance to get in the best shape possible to reap first-quarter rewards. Plus support from your Business Development Manager, peers from the workshop and access to a range of resources, including some potential funding, are all available to you as part of the InFocus programme.
This event is part of Unlocking Potential’s InFocus programme.
InFocus is dedicated to supporting ambitious businesses turning over £85 – £500k per annum who are committed to growth.
