Want to learn from one of the best around leadership and Performance? As the Evolve Futures project comes to an end, join us for our final workshop and it's a great one!!

Floyd will deliver a very interactive session to explain how we can all push the boundaries of our performance as individuals, teams and organisations. Every attendee will walk away with practical tools to use the very next day and be able to implement within your organisation.

Format for the workshop:
Questionnaire will be sent in advance of the event so content can include attendee themes, with questions and answers throughout the day.

This event is fully funded. Free lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Prior to the event, you will need to sign a self-declaration form to confirm eligibility for funding.

Subsidy Control (formerly State Aid)
Where applicable (if you are attending this event as a representative of a business or go on to start a business), this event will accrue towards your subsidy control allowance (formerly known as State Aid). By attending, you are confirming that this, along with any previous support received (e.g. de minimis) will not exceed the Minimum Financial Assistance (“MFA”) threshold of £315,000 cumulated over the current and the previous two financial years). In compliance with the UK subsidy control, a statement of the value of this event will be provided to you by the organisers after attendance.

Photographs will be taken at this event. We intend to use the images in our promotional material to tell others about the benefits of the project (Evolve Futures). On arrival, we will ask you to sign a sign-in sheet where you will be able to opt in-out of photography consent. By indicating ‘yes’, you are giving consent for your image to be used. Funding Information

The University of Exeter has been commissioned to deliver the EVOLVE FUTURES project on behalf of the Growth Hub by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) (1) as part of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme. The programme is delivered through the University of Exeter in partnership with Cornwall Chamber of Commerce and Cornwall Rural Community Charity and aims to improve the opportunities for enterprises across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that aspire to good growth and to accelerate their development through the provision of expert business support.

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK Government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025. Data Protection and Privacy

To aid organisation of this event, attendee information may be shared with relevant staff in the University e.g. a list of attendees could be provided to the University host or guest speaker. We will store your information securely, so that we can communicate to you about the event (e.g. cancellation of event, changes to the itinerary).

Confirmation of your attendance at this event will be stored confidentially by the Evolve Futures programme for a period of up to seven years to allow us to comply with our funder. Your details will also be shared with the Growth Hub (CIOSGH) as we are working together to deliver Good Growth Commissioned services to businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
