The first of four interactive sessions hosted by Konnect for Business as part of The Festival of Business.
Join us for a session facilitated by Maggie Collier, an experienced Senior Executive and Management Consultant who founded Flamingo a consumer insight and brand strategy agency, which she led as co-CEO building the business to a team of 350 with offices across the globe. This session will provide a space for business owners and leaders to discuss how to conduct appraisals that motivate staff, enhance performance and promote staff development.
