Helen Tite is a passionate advocate for healthy ageing, with over two decades of experience dedicated to transforming the way we move, age, and thrive. As the Managing Director of iCareiMove, she has pioneered innovative wellbeing programmes designed to support older adults in maintaining strength, independence, and quality of life.
Renowned as a thought leader, health coach, and radical facilitator, Helen has trained fitness professionals worldwide and spoken at major conventions, championing an inclusive, proactive approach to ageing. Her expertise in pro-ageing and fall prevention has made a lasting impact in both community and corporate settings.
A firm believer that movement is medicine, Helen empowers individuals to take control of their ageing journey—focusing on practical strategies to prevent decline, enhance mobility, and promote lifelong wellbeing. Through her work with iCareiMove and national advocacy efforts, she continues to drive meaningful change in how we approach later life.

Rain
With a 20-year background in asset and investment management, Rain has a wealth of experience in strategic management of investment portfolios across the South West, working with HNW individuals to maximise the return of their assets.
She is passionate about reducing the environmental impact of the built environment and in 2022 founded Brooks Estates Ltd as she saw that there was a growing need for incorporating environmentally responsible management practises into land, investment and property management.

Ellie
Ellie oversees the management of all sites throughout Cornwall, using her background in facilities management and site security to ensure effective compliance, maintenance and budgeting practises are applied.
Ellie shows a huge amount of pride and ambition in her service delivery. She deals with the onboarding of new sites throughout the county and maintains high standards of service and commitment to existing clients, administering our strategic management procedures and assisting with the training of new members of staff.
